If you need a shorter interval, that is part of Enterprise. This is not a technical barrier but the cost of running it: an hourly pass over the same project costs eight times what an eight-hour pass costs, because both sides have to be walked and compared every time — even when almost nothing has changed. ### Large folder structures Most projects are not affected. But if you synchronize the root of a large project with hundreds of thousands of files, it counts as a large structure — Light handles one, Full handles two. Anything beyond that we handle in Enterprise, because that kind of operation needs dedicated capacity. Typically this is the case when you pair the root of a project with tens of thousands of folders. A single pass then takes hours even when nothing has changed, because everything has to be compared. The other parameters measure transferred data. A large structure transfers no data at all and still consumes the most compute time. That is why it gets its own row. CDE Connector (bim-pulse) is a tool for automatic file synchronization between different CDE systems — Trimble Connect, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360), SharePoint and other data environments. ### What is a project pairing? A pairing connects a specific project in one CDE with a project in another. For each pairing you pick the folders, set the transfer direction (one-way or two-way) and the schedule. The number of pairings is the main plan parameter: Trial has one, Light has ten, Full and Enterprise are unlimited. ### Which CDE systems does bim-pulse support? We currently support 14 CDE systems: Buildify Conexium, Stavario, Trimble Connect, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360), Bentley ProjectWise, Bentley Infrastructure Cloud, Hilti Fieldwire, PlanRadar, Dalux, SharePoint, Google Drive, AspeHub, Proconom and Procore. Dalux is supported read-only — it serves as a source, not a target, because its API does not allow writing data. The CDE connector is extensible with new data environments. ### How does synchronization between CDE work? You set source and target folders, transfer direction (one-way/two-way), file types and the schedule. On every pass bim-pulse compares the size, date and hash of files on both sides, transfers only what differs, and records it in the audit trail. The shortest scheduled interval available is one hour, on the Full plan. ### What is a large folder structure? A project whose single pass means walking and comparing an enormous number of items — typically when you pair the root of a project with tens of thousands of folders and hundreds of thousands of files. Such a pass takes hours even when nothing has changed, because everything has to be compared. That is why it has its own row in the pricing table: Light handles one such structure, Full handles two, anything beyond that we handle in Enterprise. The transfer stops at the plan boundary for that day. If you hit the limits regularly, that is a sign a higher plan suits you better. ### Can I change plans? Yes, you can move up or down between plans. Write to us and we will apply the change from the next billing period. ### How does the Trial plan work? The Trial plan is free forever, not a time-limited trial. You get one project pairing, 10 files and 100 MB of transfers per day, and a scheduled sync once every two days. That is enough to verify whether the connection makes sense; it is not enough for day-to-day operation. ### Is bim-pulse secure? Yes. All communication uses encrypted channels, data doesn't pass through third parties. CDE connector runs on Google Cloud in the EU (europe-west3, Frankfurt). ### How much does CDE Connector cost? The Trial plan is free forever, Light costs CZK 10,900 per month and Full CZK 15,900 per month, both as final prices — we are not registered for VAT.
